The Brashear Tiger baseball team hosted Bucklin/Macon County Tuesday. BMC took a 1-0 lead after one half inning, but Brashear scored 3 times in the bottom of the 1st to take a 3-1 lead. BMC added 3 more in the 3rd and another in the 4th to retake a lead of 5-4. Brashear rallied for a pair of runs in the 6th as Zane Sykes was hit by a pitch, and John Gerhold followed with a 2 run homer as the Tigers went on to a 6-5 win. John Gerhold homered for Brashear, Garrett Housman had 2 hits, and Zane Sykes, Wyatt Reeves, and Austin Peterson also had hits. Zane Sykes got the start for Brashear with Quin Allen pitching in relief. Both pitchers recorded 5 strikeouts.
